Mortal Combat xl Release

Where are all my Mortal combat fans out there? NetherRealm studios just announced that Mortal Combat XL will be released on March 1st 2016. However that date will only be for North America and for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. On March 4th 2016 the game will be released in Europe. The brand new playable characters will be the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Triborg and lastly Bo'Rai Cho. Something that is really cool about this game is that previously downloadable DLC characters from Mortal Combat X are going to be free and already in the new Mortal Combat XL game. This characters are Predator, Jason Voorhees, Tremor and Tanya. Each character comes with three themed skins. The rest of the previously downloadable content that will be in Mortal Combat XL are as follows. Samurai Skin Pack, playable Goro, Brazil Skin Pack, Kold War Skin Pack and Kold War Scorpion Skin Pack. I honestly always thought that the Mortal Combat games were all the same. However, I think this game will be unique, especially because now we can use cool characters and skins without having to buy season passes or DLC's.
